1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Returns Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend any order at our sole discretion, including where:

incorrect pricing has been displayed

artwork infringes intellectual property rights

offensive or illegal content has been supplied
-
payment cannot be authorised
-
production is not possible
3. Custom Printed Products
Almost all products sold by Football Fan Flags are manufactured specifically to customer requirements.
By placing an order you confirm that:

all artwork supplied is correct
-
spelling, colours and sizing have been checked
-
you own or have permission to use all artwork submitted
Once production has started, orders cannot normally be cancelled.
4. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Trade Marks
Football Fan Flags is an independent custom printing company.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or connected with any football club, league, governing body, supporter group or trade mark owner unless expressly stated.
Customer Responsibility
By uploading artwork or requesting us to print any design, logo, crest, badge, sponsor logo, player image, mascot, artwork or other protected material, you warrant and confirm that:

you own all necessary intellectual property rights; or
-
you have obtained all licences, permissions and authorisations required to reproduce that material.
You accept full legal responsibility for ensuring that your artwork does not infringe any copyright, trade mark, design right, passing off rights or any other intellectual property rights.
Football Fan Flags accepts no responsibility for verifying ownership of artwork supplied by customers.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Football Fan Flags, Midlands Printing Company Ltd, its directors, employees and agents against any claims, actions, losses, damages, legal costs or expenses arising from artwork or material supplied by you that infringes the rights of any third party.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel or remove any order that we reasonably believe may infringe intellectual property rights or breach applicable law.
Acceptance of artwork by Football Fan Flags does not constitute confirmation that the artwork is lawful to reproduce.
Illustrative Images
Any football club badges, club names, league logos, sponsor logos, player images or other third-party intellectual property displayed anywhere on this website are shown for illustrative, demonstrative or design example purposes only.
Their appearance does not indicate availability for purchase, authorisation by the rights holder or permission for reproduction.
Customers remain solely responsible for obtaining permission from the relevant rights holder before requesting the reproduction of any protected material.
5. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork proofs before approving production.
Approval confirms that:

spelling is correct
-
colours are acceptable
-
sizing is correct
-
layout is correct
-
all supplied content is accurate
Football Fan Flags cannot accept responsibility for errors approved by the customer.
6. Colours
Printed colours may vary slightly from colours displayed on screens due to differences in monitors, devices, inks and printing processes.
Colour variation within normal commercial tolerances shall not be considered a fault.
7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Although we work hard to meet advertised production and dispatch times, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by:

courier companies
-
weather
-
customs
-
strikes
-
force majeure
-
circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Late delivery does not automatically entitle customers to compensation.
8. Pricing
Prices may change without notice.
Where an obvious pricing error has occurred we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
9. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Custom printed products are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly manufactured by Football Fan Flags.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Fan Flags shall not be liable for:

indirect losses

consequential losses
-
loss of profits
-
loss of business
-
loss of goodwill
-
loss of opportunity
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or liability for fraud.
11. Website Content
All website content, including photographs, graphics, product descriptions, designs, logos and text created by Football Fan Flags remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied without written permission.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be published on this website.
