At Football Fan Flags, we aim to produce and dispatch your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every product meets our high quality standards.

UK Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of £6.00 for all mainland UK orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Certain larger or specialist items may require additional shipping charges, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Production Times

As the majority of our products are custom printed to order, production begins once your order and artwork have been approved.

Our standard production times are:

  • Standard Production: 2–5 working days

  • Express Production: Where selected at checkout

Production times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or seasonal demand.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically:

  • Mainland UK: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Football Fan Flags cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather, customs, industrial action or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (where available).

Tracking information is supplied directly by the courier.

Couriers

We use trusted national courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

The courier used may vary depending on your location, parcel size and service selected.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

We strongly recommend providing a mobile telephone number so the courier can send delivery updates.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email sales@footballfanflags.co.uk with your order number and photographs.

We'll investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Although we always aim to dispatch orders on time, delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.
