We use durable, weather-resistant polyester and premium fabric options. Vinyl and hemmed edges are available for long-lasting outdoor display. If you need a specific finish (e.g., pole pockets, eyelets, hems), add it in the product options.

Standard production time is 3–7 business days for single/retail orders. Custom and bulk orders may take longer — typically 7–14 business days depending on complexity and order size. We’ll confirm exact timelines after you place the order.

Yes. We ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination — you’ll see accurate shipping options and delivery estimates at checkout.

Because flags are often custom-printed, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and order number — we’ll fix it or offer a refund.
