Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

To request a return, please email sales@footballfanflags.co.uk before sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@footballfanflags.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We'll investigate the problem promptly and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Custom Printed Products

As the vast majority of our products are custom printed to your own artwork or design, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The product is faulty.

  • The item has been damaged during manufacture.

  • We have supplied the incorrect product.

  • There is a printing error caused by Football Fan Flags.

We cannot accept returns simply because:

  • You have changed your mind.

  • You ordered the wrong size.

  • You supplied incorrect artwork.

  • Colours appear slightly different from what is displayed on your screen.

  • There are minor variations that fall within normal print manufacturing tolerances.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom printed football flags.

  • Personalised products.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Products that have been used, installed or displayed.

  • Items returned in a condition different from when they were supplied.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or product, please contact us first.

For standard stock items (where applicable), exchanges can be arranged once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Custom printed products cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation.

Please note that these rights do not apply to bespoke or personalised goods manufactured to your specifications, including custom printed football flags.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@footballfanflags.co.uk.
