1. Measure the display space
Check your club or venue’s current rules for your fixture and stand before ordering. Ask about maximum dimensions, poles, fixing points, fire documentation and any advance approval. A product’s fire label does not guarantee that it can be admitted to every ground.
Measure the available width and height, then mark the outline on a floor or wall with removable tape. Allow for the approved fixing method and keep the display clear of entrances, signs and other spectators’ view as required by the venue.

3. Select the available fabric and finish
Our listed options include lightweight 115gsm knitted polyester and heavyweight 210gsm fabric where available. GSM measures the fabric’s weight per square metre; it does not by itself establish opacity, double-sided printing or a particular fire classification. Choose the material shown on your product and ask us if you need a specific performance requirement.
The listed football flags have reinforced edges and eyelets. Check the product specification and the ground’s required fixing method. Double-sided printing or unusual finishing should be confirmed with the team before you order.
4. Choose a starting design
For an England-inspired flag, the St George cross designer lets you plan wording and images around the cross. A black and white St George flag gives you a monochrome starting point. A half-and-half layout brings two parts of your idea together.
Keep the main message short, use contrast and leave space around the edges. A design that reads clearly at phone size is a useful first check, but inspect the full preview for spelling and small details too.
5. Prepare images for the live designer
The live designer accepts PNG, JPG and WebP uploads. Use the clearest original file you have. Enlarging a small screenshot cannot recover missing detail. If your artwork is in a different format, contact the team before ordering rather than assuming the upload accepts it.

6. Work backwards from the match date
Standard flag delivery takes 3 working days from order and artwork approval. Express production costs £15 including VAT once per flag order. Eligible mainland UK orders with approved artwork placed before 12pm UK time on a working day qualify for next working-day delivery. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.
